Do I need to supply any cleaning equipment or supplies?No, all standard cleaning equipment and supplies are provided by Kleanly, if you would prefer a particular product to be used this would need to be provided.

Am I required to sign a contract?No you are not required to sign a contract, payment is made at the time of each visit therefore you are under no contractual obligation.

Can I choose which time my cleaner comes each week?Yes, a morning or afternoon time slot and day of the week will be agreed upon during our initial visit, however specific times can not always be adhered t0.

How do I reschedule or cancel a clean?A minimum of 48 hours notice is required if you need to reschedule or cancel your booking. You can contact us via telephone or email to do so, however if less than 48 hours is given the full price of the intended clean will be added to your next clean.
